Privacy Policy

As part of our efforts to comply with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, our privacy policy and the handling of personal information are hereby described.

The personal information we store is restricted to contact information (name, role, telephone, e-mail address), and is only used to send information and updates on products, services and events. Your data is stored on an encrypted server, not shared with third-party, and your rights of access and erasure can be exercised at any time.

We store personal data in three different databases.

  1. In our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, which is used for quotes, orders, deliveries and invoicing.
  2. In our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, which is used for logging meeting minutes and contact information for customers and partners.
  3. In our Cinside Community, where anyone can register and subscribe on newsletters, Cinside document updates, Cinside software updates and participate in discussions about our technology, products and services.
